Once comfortable, close your eyes.

Slow down your natural breathing. Rest into your breathing.

Feel yourself melt happily, like a flower into the earth.

Let your eyes relax completely.

Ask your jaw, teeth, and tongue to relax totally, feeling peaceful.

Breathe deeper, lower, and soothingly.

Now, you will return to your physical space. If you have time, take the extra time to rest. If you feel any rush, while knowing that, ask yourself to take a few more seconds before opening your eyes.

As you contemplate opening your eyes, remember this restfulness.

Give yourself a wider awareness, as you return to the physical realm. Remember to allow your body, mind, and eyes, to feel peace.
